I used the Maids for the first time for a move out cleaning and the end results were great! Juana #3 and the rest of her team are all professional and did an amazing job with cleaning. I appreciate the cleaning effort they did with my apartment unit.

I scheduled a move out cleaning with The maids. Team #2 showed up on time, team members Paty, Susy and Yoly worked hard all day and get the house cleaned really well. The price tag is very high, but the cleaning result is satisfied.

Yes. Walls are difficult and time consuming. It’s also a bit dangerous for us to clean. If it’s a dry clean, removing dust post construction, that’s something we can do. If it is removing stains, and dirt and such from painted walls, that’s risky. When we apply a cleaning solution to paint, it can make that part clean and then the rest of the wall is dirty. Sometimes, when we scrub a wall surface, it can take the paint off. It is also very time consuming. With the cost of cleaning vs painting, I’d suggest to invest into painting.
On project cleans we can talk about it. It’s usually something we’ll do only if the customer can’t do it themselves (medical reasons). If we’re there for just 1-2 hours, it does not leave a lot of time to do laundry. Give us a call and let’s chat about it and see if we can meet your expectations.
