Dear owners of the franchise of this café Rio and all café Rios please pay your employees more than minimum wage the food quality has gone very much downhill and the restaurant is a mess because there is a lack of work ethic because there is a lack of pay. would it really kill you to pay people at least 15- 16 $17 an hour because that 11 $12 an hour just doesn’t cut it and it hasn’t cut it since 2005 the food here is very mediocre just like these poor peoples wages. And the restaurant is a mess and the drink Aerators have been empty all day.

The lady manager had the worst attitude, they don't tell you u have to pay for certain items until they ring u up., the inside and outside was dirty. Talking bout they don't have no one to do that. She in there on her phone right now. She could be cleaning. And on top of all of that my food was super cold. Im very disappointed I went in spirits, super happy, I left very upset.

🤦🏽‍♀️.... only my 2nd time eating @ a cafe rio but the locations were like night & day... this location was dirty... the only forks they had available were all broken 😞... the manager was soo rude to the lady ahead of me & then proceeded her hostility when it became my turn to pay, asking me repeatedly if I had quest style , guac & sour cream.. each time I responded yes (x3) then she pulled my food out they bag & pointed to my food as if I didn't understand the questions 🤨.. " ma'am I clearly stated yes all 3 times u asked me?? Why are u slowly down my lunch??" Maybe she doesn't understand English...idk, but clearly she doesn't value ur location, the establishment was dirty inside & out

Food is ok. They give you way more at chipotle for a cheaper price. I asked for limes and she gave me this ... the smallest one she could find I’m sure. It’s all gone .. and I’m still hungry. Gee I wonder why smh. The lady at the register was nice but the people on the line need to work on their customer service. It doesn’t hurt to be nice to someone.
