The Burger King on the corner of Boulder & Tropicana. Located in the Albertsons parking lot. Worst service ever!! Never open when it supposed to be open. They NEVER have anything offered on the menu. Like half of what’s on the menu they NEVER HAVE!! They are super ghetto and always have a come back to a complaint. It’s like they take your complaints personally. They lack the most common curtesy and have ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. This is not how you run a business even one such as this franchise. Get it together Burger King!!!

Had the worst experience from this location back to back. My bun was burned and as hard as a hockey puck. My sandwich had none of the advertised onions. The drink station in the lobby had no ice and almost all the drinks were out. The station itself was littered with spilled soda, napkins and straw papers. The following day I went in and ordered again, this time in the drive through and the young lady was not friendly and did not seem to want to be there by her demeanor when I approached the window. My fries were not in my bag when I checked upon pulling off and when I went inside the young lady in the drive through along with one of the female managers was standing at the bagging station giving me a dirty look. Absolutely horrible customer service for a fast food location that makes you wait over 5 minutes for food that is burned and inaccurate.

I will never go bck to this one again. Waited in the drive thru for 40 minutes. So unorganized. When I did get my food after waiting that long, it was cold. The employee working the window was not friendly or apologetic. Chicken sandwich looks awful, definitely not like the picture on the board.
