Completely dissatisfied and disappointed with store customer service. Google needs a ZERO star option. Purchased a $207 skateboard for my 10 yr old son last Wednesday at a different ZUMIEZ store. Assembly was completely wrong and mistakes were obvious even for rookies. I called corporate customer service on Thursday night and they directed me to any store that was close in order to get a refund for the faulty assembly failure. For anyone to know, they installed both trucks the wrong way and they both were different sizes. Impossible to skate at all. Manager Kyle at store, was completely unhelpful and he only attempted to trash the store who originally built the skateboard (which is the same company) stating that they always do that. He literally said there was nothing for him to do. Completely opposite to the information received from Zumiez headquarters. His arrogant attitude acting as if he was the CEO andunwilling to assist on anything, led only to frustration. Stay away from this place and do your search on many other options way better and with way more value and customer service.
