I brought my car in on Friday for full tint with sun control coating and paid 300 extra to do my windshield. They finished it in a few hours and I picked it up and went home. The next day I was out in the heat and although the windows were great and it was cooler it seemed that the windshield was still very hot. When i my boyfriend looked at it he said he didn’t think it had coating at all. I called MTS and they said “yes, it was done”. I brought it back on MOnday and asked them to check it and the answer was “yep, they completely missed it”. Then proceeded to finish he job. I was pretty upset because they let me drive off without doing the job I paid 300 dollars for. Had my BF not said something I probably would not of even known or thought to take it back and complain. I am, after all, a middle aged white woman that doesn’t know anything about cars. I think I have a big dollar sign painted on my forehead as well because this stuff happens to me. I asked to speak to a manager and the answer i got was “He’s not here, Ill let him know.” It’s been over a week now. I am very dissatisfied and feel totally taken advantage of.

Found Mike’s Tint Shop online. First, this place is open on Sundays. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a friendly sales associate, Richard. Total newbie, I have never been through this process before. I felt overwhelmed with all the options for window tinting and my budge seemed blown right out the gate! However, Richard; super patient, informative. Explained the packages, showed me window tint examples on cars, took all my concerns and made it fit into a budget friendly package with lifetime warranty. He made the process seamless just like the beautiful tint job on my car. Thank you for the professionalism and courteous service. I will be bring my other car in and recommending this business.

2nd time I go to this shop and let’s say they do not disappoint. Worked with Richard this time and he was very professional, from the minute I called to get a quote he was very informative and answered all my questions. Scheduled me in for a same day appointment as it was my only available day this work. They delivered beyond my expectations and would recommend them to anyone. I can't say enough about how great a job the MTS crew did with my work van! Being a small business owner exposure is everything.
