We were under Covid quarantine. The room was nicer than we had expected and the service was first class.

Given the circumstances and not being able to go on our cruise from testing positive for Covid, the folks here were wonderful. The rooms were efficiencies and had everything we needed. Beds were comfy and they had good internet and cable services. We opted in for the meal program and were delivered a variety of food for all three meals. The young men at the reception area were very nice and had great a great sense of humor. They brought us fresh towels every day and any of the items we were running low on. For five days, they were our lifeline. Perfect scenario? Of course not but they provided a comfortable setting to make our quarantine stay the best possible situation we could have hoped for. My friend and I stayed for two nights at the end of September and we loved it! Ronnie (front desk) was so helpful and fun. We loved the welcome reception/happy hour. The location was great and the rooms were large and comfortable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone staying in Anchorage.
