Well has I entered the only thing that got my attention was the bullet proof glass and they couldn't take our order at the moment because of the card reader was down.

Customer service was awesome the people were very friendly but the chicken wasn't cooked thoroughly. My crispy fried chicken wasn't even crunchy it was very soft I don't know how to explain it I guess it's because the reading wasn't completely cooked.

I'm not understanding this Establishment.I, asked for a 4 piece meal,all legs,she told me,I can't have 4 legs because I'm taking from other orders.I Order the Meal Several times before no problem. I've Always pulled over, And waited for my legs, if they didn't have any, Nobody else do that but me. Question is this right? You have lost a loyal customer

Every time I go to this location. There is always someone begging for change to get something to eat. You offer them food, and all they want is money. The prices are high. 20 dollar bucket with 8 pieces. I have to buy another bucket for 20 more dollars. Sides are 5 dollars. I have three growing children spending 60-70 dollars is just to much when your on a fixed income. Wish there were pandemic specials. But the american business way is. Profit over care!
