Got pizza delivered and was missing multiple items. Tried to contact the store multiple times and they would pick up the phone and then hang up immediately.

We ordered pizza and a 2 liter soda from them tonight. We got our pizza but they did not bring our soda, we have tried to call them 7 times, been placed on hold every time and they have hung up EVERY SINGLE TIME. We were charged for the soda, I even tried to call the order line to get through to the store and had the same results. DO NKT ORDER YOUR FOOD HERE!

I ordered the big box, I was disappointed in the pizza. I ordered one pepperoni and one sausage. There wasn't much meat on either one or cheese! I probably will never order it again, it's not worth the money!

If I could I would not even give them 1 star. I ordered online and paid online. I went to pick up my order. The employee couldn't find my order, he was looking for it in the delivery screen. He apologized and looked in the carryout screen He found me. Me and my 2nd grader sat down. 2 minutes into waiting the TV screen displayed our order ready. No one came out with our order. 15 mins later an employee clocked in and she looked at us and asked for my phone number. She went in and brought my order out. It was warm and not hot. So now we go home with a cold pizza and appetizers. Please take a look at the attached pictures to see the horrible looking pizza. Burnt toppings and it does not look like their ads. Wow Pizza hut has lost it's flavor. I will no longer be ordering from here.
