We help you look for the insurance carrier that will provide you the best mix of coverage and cost. The type of coverage you are looking for would fall under an auto insurance policy. You would want to purchase collision and comprehensive coverage for the vehicle, as well as a gap policy. The collision and comprehensive would reimburse you for the value of the car, minus your deductible. However, since a car loses worth as soon as you drive it off the lot, you would also want to purchase gap coverage to reimburse you for the difference between what you paid and what the car is worth.
