They went from a 10 lbs bag to a 7lbs bag and raised the price! It is price gouging and it’s wrong! I myself am a business owner and I understand if you have to raise prices. But what you did was wrong! You decrease the size of your product and then raise the price giving your customers less value. Everyone knows what inflation is and they understand raising the price but decreasing the value you get for the price is sad and pathetic and a poor way to do business!

the worst place I've ever worked, had a hundred dollar jacket stolen in the first two hrs I started, and ended up in Instacart by noon, from being pushed beyond anything I've ever done. do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

My store has been using Reddy Ice for years. Several years ago they were a disaster to deal with. We often ran out of ice. The new management team really turned it around. I know other locations that get ice from other companies that keep running out lately. We haven't yet even in this crazy heat. Keep up the great work!

I really enjoy working here. I like the folks that I work with. Who doesn't like working in the cold?? Especially during the heat of the summer.
