If police officer Francis badge # 1471 still working at this department, please look at the YouTube video of the office its just disgusting and not safe. we shouldn't be worried when we are getting gas. we really need to test the IQ level of these officers because they are making easy mistakes or doing them on purpose. I'm assuming he isn't the only one behaving that way so it should be top priority for these officers to be tested for decision making and just look at the video, you will feel nothing but disgust because he was not treating the man like a human being and as a police officer you should be thankful because we are the ones who pay your bills, do your job and protect stop wasting time with racially profiling and go after real criminals because if you don't want to do that why did you become a cop? to give out minor tickets or is it because you can be taken care of if you last 30 years on the job and live off the tax payers dollar after being a poor officer of the law? think about it, serve and protect but you serve nobody.

6 years ago I was dragged out of my car and arrested on a suspicious of a DUI it was all a lie I wasn’t drunk nor on drugs I was just tired driving home from a family dinner but that didn’t stop Fullerton police officers to arrest me and book me for DUI when I showed up to court with my lawyer to fight the case the DA advised my lawyer that they had no evidence of me being on any type of alcohol or drugs the day of my arrest case dismissed! Than Fullerton police sends me a later apologizing about the whole situation and said that it was not an arrest it was just a detention really? After all the hassle your officer put me through? Fullerton police department needs to be put on internal investigation apparently they follow they’re own laws not the us law

The city of Fullerton allows safe and sane fireworks in designated areas of the city. The fireworks only allowed to be discharged on the 4th of July. There are approximately 10 firework stands that will sell the fireworks between July 1st and July 4th. For more information please refer to the city of Fullerton website and it will give you a link to the municipal code which will entail all limits and restrictions and maps of where you can discharge the safe and sane fireworks
