The rooms are extremely dirty and smells like smoke. The only good thing about this place was definitely Kyra at the front desk. She is a joyful polite employee and definitely deserves a raise. If I ever come back to this place it would be because of her amazing costumer service!

DO. NOT. GO. HERE. This is the worst place I've ever stayed, hands down. I found a USED NEEDLE stuffed up in the oven vent fan! Then in the next room I switched to there was BLOOD splatter on the kitchen cabinets and on the bathtub tile and shower curtain! They never clean the walls or any surface it seems. Everything surface and thing was visibly disgusting including the towels. Every single one had significant stains. First room reeked of cigarettes terribly and had a broken loose lamp that had been tied back up with a plastic shopping bag. The windows were screwed completely shut so you couldn't even crack them open for a little fresh air. The bathroom vents in both rooms had the cover partially removed and they were unplugged up in the ceiling. Avoid this place at all costs!

The room was so disgusting I had to wipe down all the surfaces that I will touch to feel better. The bed sheets were stained and had not been changed so we went to ask for a clean set and changed it ourselves and the lady at the front desk did not seem surprise. The pillow case was inside out on the pillow. We also asked for a second set of towels since there was only one set in the room. When we went to go get the towels the lady asked “ what is wrong now ?” We said we are coming to get the towels we previously asked for and she said “ oh, I’m just used to things being wrong”. That pretty much summarized everything. The whole place was unsettling with questionable activities during late hours. It was midnight and there were still people slamming their doors above our room and running up and down the stairways. We couldn’t wait to get checked out early the next morning. I’d much rather sleep in the car on the road. Don’t stay here. It’s disgusting.

How do I put this, horrendous? Yeah I think that would be the right word. When you are low on funds and have nowhere else to go, then this is definitely a suitable place for you. Because almost anybody can get a room here no matter what Walk of Life they are from. And the rooms are pretty decently priced. A couple of more positive things about this motel, are that it's very conveniently located just off of the i-215 South belt. And it is also very close to plenty of shopping locations. However that's about where the positives end. Just recently my girlfriend stayed here for approximately a little over a month. And I also stayed with her a few different nights. On the first night that she stayed there she found a syringe in her room. And while I was there I observed many drug related incidents going on in the parking lot. In her room the fan in the bathroom didn't only not work but there was no fan there at all. Rather just a hole in the ceiling. Also while staying there a crack in the ceiling appeared and got longer and longer until it reached across the whole ceiling. Another issue that she had in her room was cockroaches, quite sizeable cockroaches. And when she went to the main office to notify them of the issue, they told her to get her own bug spray and spray around the room where she had seen the cockroaches. But nothing done by maintenance or the motel management itself. That is definitely a negative in my eyes. The parking lot was always messy with garbage blowing all around and I found multiple syringe caps. I hate to leave such a negative review for this establishment. But hopefully it will be what the management needs to see, and they will hopefully make the changes and adjustments necessary to clean the place up. And make it more inviting for future guests.
