Everyone i dealt with starting from Ed Loera I believe he is the boss ended with my man Grier were so professional and friendly , not like other dealerships there were no pushing no marketing , not trying just to sell. My man Grier went an extra mile for me by making everything a piece of cake , as a first time car buyer he got me approved for that 2022 corvette like i was buying a bottle of water , he also made sure I don't leave there place until he felt that I don't need anything else, God bless you Grier and bless your sweet family.

From the moment I made the service appointment to when I picked up my car, all the associates I encountered where extremely professional and courteous. Luis, the service representative, diagnosed a problem by smelling the coolant evaporating on the engine block, before we opened the hood. Good use of your super powers, Luis! Although the required work cost much more than I had thought it would, it was still much less expensive than a new car… I also appreciated the car wash prior to pick up. Thanks for all you do!

My Chevy Traverse had was not engaging correctly into parking mode once it was parked and the vehicle would not turn off right away so I took my car to Simpson Chevy and was greeted by Luis Mejia at the service department. He checked me in and when I explained what was going on with the vehicle he was very professional and polite with his responses and assured me they would do everything needed to get the vehicle fixed and back to me ASAP. He didn't over promise anything and was very communicative during the course of waiting for the parts to arrive. Two weeks later Luis contacted me letting me know the parts had arrived and my car would be ready for pickup that same day. I was very satisfied with the level of service that Luis Mejia provided along with the whole team that was involved in my repairs. And Thank you very much for washing it and returning it nice and clean. That was also very much appreciated. I will definitely be coming back to Simpson Chevrolet for future services.

What a terrible dealership. I bought my traverse here couple months ago with a markup up 5k and even after them making me go back to the dealership and dealing with their horrible finance guy, I wasn’t given anything in return for the time wasted due to their part. Not even a phone call from management after the terrible way the guy came across with me. Worst experience ever. Even the dealership of Ford calls me to see how Im doing and I sold that car 4 months ago! shows who actually cares about customers and not just the money they got. Don’t come to this dealership. You’ll get a better deal elsewhere I promise you that. Not even one free service with that ridiculous markup, definitely not a place I would recommend anyone. Don’t be on the same boat I’m in by bringing your money here.. they said my contract was voided and when I said okay take the car all of a sudden it wasn’t ? Literally a waste of time. I should’ve made a bigger deal about it but never to late.

Actually the lost keys happen to ne recently. I thought it was going to be super expensive aftermarket system that needed the fobs replace as well but I got all the keys replaced and the aftermarket fobs for a really really good deal like I said even though it's a Chevy dealership they go above and beyond to even find the aftermarket fobs that I needed to replace as well and I've been a customer since I first bought my own vehicle
