The rooms were very nice. The grounds and lobby were well kept. Free Starbucks coffee in the morning. The only issues I had were the walls were very thin and our room was in front of the parking lot and at night cars pull right up to our room. The night shades help but our friend had a room that opened into the courtyard and that was MUCH nicer. Try not to get an odd numbered room on the 1st floor.

I stayed here for 2 nights February 2022 I was taking my Mom home after having her stay with me for 3 weeks in Florida I had been very busy for a few months and then my dog was attacked by another dog - she got hurt and so did I. We will be ok. My Mom and husband ok - we were all traumatized. So, I really needed to unwind by myself for a few days before going back home. When I entered my room - which was exactly what I reserved- I felt calm immediately- there was zen music playing softly on both TVs and low lights on. I let out an aaaaahhhh without even trying. The room was very clean and updated - everything working perfectly. Front desk so friendly and competent. Lobby was warm and inviting. Bistro has good food and drinks. I never left the hotel until I had to catch my flight home. Super close to airport. Honestly no complaints- suggestion though - an indoor hot tub would add even more relaxation. Thank you Pittsburgh- I grew up there but been living in Miami since 1979

The staff was great. They were able to answer all your questions and quick to greet you. The bedding was very comfortable and we had no problems sleeping. The bishop employees were friendly but they were out of basil for the Margareta pizza and didn't have cranberry juice.

Great location. Friendly staff. Good water pressure and temperature. Comfortable bed. Clean room. Small step out balconies. Loved watching the planes land from the window. Agree with others the location of the elevator is annoying and I could the TV in the room next to me playing a medley on loop all night long.
