If the delivery is messed up, food is nasty they don’t take accountability, refund or replace. They say take it up with the app if that’s how you ordered. If you can take my money for an order and cash tip, you should be able to take my phone call about a complaint how you cooked my food and be able to replace it. Triphlin

At time of posting my pizza walked out the door for delivery over 40 minutes ago with an ETA of 12:33, I give an extra five minutes just in case of traffic and I do understand they occasionally take out multiple orders to make it easier, but it's never been this long before. Last couple of orders have been delivered within the time frame or close to it. This isn't a first time, but it is a first for this long. As I'm writing this, pizza just delivered almost a hour after it left the store, first time I didn't tip. Pizza was warm, not hot. Blue cheese dressing was hot. Chicken wings are little past warm. This was the pizza upon delivery.
