Very nice and helpful young lady at the front counter. They young men in the room to the right of the young lady, should not use profanity in that area. Customers can hear everything.

I was expecting a package with documents from Mexico on overnight shipping. It was delayed due to customs and it was unfortunate that fedex delivered it to wrong home. I made an initial report of missing package and went to Signal Hill office to check up on my case of missing package. The staff that assisted me was very helpful and I let her know the importance of my package as it contained official documents for my upcoming wedding. She noted it on my case and made my case a priority. Later that same day, she called me to let me know that driver that delivered my package confirmed he delivered package to wrong address and she confirmed that he would be delivering my package the next day. To my surprise, the fedex driver went out of his way to pick up the package and deliver it to my residence that evening on his bike! I mean if this doesn’t speak about his work ethic and how he goes above and beyond his work to make the error better, I don’t know how else to put it. My home cameras captured him apologizing for delivering the package to wrong address and that means tons! My bridezilla mode was on edge but this guy sure saved the day!!

I paid $ 58.00 for the next day delivery that was very urgent. Their driver claim there was no one to deliver too. BIG fat Lie!! It was a place of business the person waited all Day did not even go lunch waiting o package. Next day still waiting and is almost 5.00pm there already. I want money back. This delay has cost me $325.00 dollars. Not Acceptable.

Their driver claims to have attempted delivery to my residence, I was home all day even miss a lunch date, then I had to go to the FedEx office for pickup and again waited 30 minutes to receive my package. Need to work on customer service. Also their drivers need to learn the laws about blocking traffic lanes and driveways. UPS & USPS don't do that but FedEx is a bad as Amazon (Almost). FIX IT !!!!!!!
