I am very disappointed in the customer service at the Fox Chapel (Freeport Road) restaurant. I was not able to cancel an online order immediately after realizing my order had defaulted to their location and not where I was in Washington, PA. The Fox Chapel location has no one answering the phones due to being short staffed (this is understandable but not my fault). The manager at the Washington, PA restaurant was so nice, understanding and actually texted the Fox Chapel manager for me about the situation. However, the Fox Chapel manager refused to refund me $20 because he said they could not reserve the food from the order that I was unable to cancel due to their lack of accessible communication to the customer.

A wonderful locally owned franchise that has outstanding soup! The chicken noodle is fantastic and the bread is fresh and delicious! The staff is friendly! Puts Panera to shame in the soup department for sure!

Primarily soups in a clean yet modern and cozy atmosphere. Certainly a unique and healthy option for Pittsburgh.

A great place to grab a healthy, high quality and easy lunch. The soup collection is great. Make sure to sample a couple each time to find your favorite. If you are ordering a soup, get it with a 5 grain bread on the side. Salads and sandwiches are very good too. Service is fast and there is plenty of parking spots. Don't forget getting a punch card if you are a regular.
