First time bring my grand baby and the girls to lunch. The absolute worst service ever received. Neighboring diners were shocked at the absent mindedness and rudness of our server. We was seated directly in front of where the food is served from, at a high traffic time. Every request to waitress was met with an attitude, every plate was set in front of a 14 month old in a high chair at end of table. We could not get out of there fast enough. And yes I still tipped. I was appalled, which is pretty much the first time I ever said that.... insane, never again. The trip before with just my daughter was amazing so I can't say it is chili's per se.... That trip our server was AMAZING!! Roll of the dice I guess....

Delicious as always! North Hills. 8pm Friday night dinner. Very busy but only waited for them to clean off tables to seat family ahead of us,then us. Ordered our appetizer as soon as drinks were placed. Random employees from kitchen bring out food to diners because waiters were taking orders. Which was fine. Manager stopping by too see how everything was going. It never fails always a full mouth of food as their waiting for there answer. My favorites are as follows chicken crisper, spicy chicken wing sauce sandwich with extra sauce, Explosion quesadilla salad, chips with large side of ranch, chicken nachos with no bean paste some places took this off menu but they will make if you ask., Mini mouth bites.

2 stars because the server and manager were apologetic. This is absolutely unacceptable to serve a customer, a browning avocado. This one was right after their first attempt and remedying it. Chicken was cold on the salad. This place has gone way down hill. The manager did comp me for the salad. It is what it is. Don't eat the avocado here!!!

Margarita chicken... ...I really like that combination of chicken, rice and beans. Most of all the hostess and waitress were awesome. We did an early lunch, not really busy, but I think they had only one waitress. She did a great job 👍. The hostess also made us feel welcome; as we interrupted her daily prepping.

Safe distance at tables. Every other table waiter and waitress wear face coverings tables a are cleaned and disinfectant between customers

Why are they not open for dining in. We were there last week and dined inside. But tonight they had signs in all the windows saying "pick up and to go only.

I called and asked and they said it's because they don't have enough servers. I didn't ask why they were short staffed and they didn't say why. The other locations are also pick up and to go only. I'm assuming it's for the same reason as McKnight Road's.

Do you offer call ahead seating?

If you have of a party of more than four, its always a good idea to call ahead. Best case, they tell you they aren't on a wait and you should be able to walk right in. Worst case, you cut your wait time by ten or so. For parties of four or less, its only really necessary to call ahead during peak business hours. Also in addition to calling, you can always use the no wait app from the android marketplace.
