1st time here and it was very good. My wife had the green tomato blt and she said it was very good. I had the Korean fried chicken sandwich which was amazing. I was very glad it was my first meal I had here. But the sweet potato tots are the biggest winner. They are so good. Unbelievable. We didn't know that there was upstairs outside seating or we have chose to sit there. But overall this place is worth going to. Great job.

A quaint place to dine and drink in the Shadyside neighborhood. A step up from the bar and pub offerings, it has balcony seating outside, good drink and food selection, with a diverse pizza and sandwich offerings. And a pleasant staff make it a worthwhile place to check out when in the area.

My boyfriend and I went to Shady Grove for brunch on Saturday. They open at 11am and we got a seat at that time. The service was overall pretty good. The server didn’t know that Cabernet Sauvignon was a red wine but that’s okay we got past it. We got the Irish brunch nachos for an app. They were fantastic. My bf got the breakfast burrito. He said it didn’t have much taste. Too much pesto on top (see pic). I got the Shazam shrimp tacos and they were bomb. We would try again.

Our server was outstanding and so friendly. She was so excited to tell us about their late night karaoke that takes place on Sundays — an attraction for people working in the industry. The food was very good. The blistered Shishito Peppers with a spicy sauce were great. The French onion soup was a bit too salty, and the bruschetta was a much smaller portion than we were expecting, but overall a very good experience. The spinach artichoke dip was excellent and there are lots of other very good options on the menu. They also have a large selection of cocktails to choose from.

Shady Grove Covid safety practices include- employee temperature checks, hand sanitizer stations, mandated customer spacing, mask enforcement for customers and staff, increased cleaning and sanitation protocols
I don't think they serve baked fries, just breaded and fried. They do however serve waffle fries which I don't think are breaded. You'd have to ask if they use a different frier

Okay, thank you for answering.
There's a paid garage down the block and a parking lot next to it that's also paid. Sometimes there is parking on the street but that's expensive. If you're ok with walking, you can park on the residential streets for no more than 2 hours
No. Street parking only, but there is a large garage across Walnut St from there.
