This was my 4th consecutive year filing. I never received my $6,000+ check for 2020. I keep getting excuse after excuse as to why my check is unavailable. Supposedly it was there last year (except no one called to tell me) which eventually resulted in the check expiring. Another excuse was that they supposedly switched companies. I kept calling last year, & was always told my check wasn’t there. At this point it’s time to turn it over to the IRS with a complaint. I encourage everyone else does the same.

This place is a scam. Unprofessional environment. Your tax refund cannot be tracked on the IRS website which is should be able to, implying something is going on. The stimulus that should have been mailed / deposited has not. When I checked on the IRS website, I got a message that the stimulus was already deposited into an account that was not my own. I have confronted them on it several times and each time is a different excuse.

I've been here continuously and continue going and have gotten great service every time I've gone. The ladies in the front are very lovely and kinda and will answer some questions. The gentlemen filing your taxes are also very kind and will do their best to get you the biggest return. They are bilingual which is a big plus as well. Overall great experience everyone I go and will continue to do so.

I have been coming to this office for five years and have never had a complain. They always give me the highest return possible I have gone to other offices to get estimates and nothing compares... The secretaries are always super helpful and well dressed which makes sense why all these hating girls are leaving bad reviews! They always go out of their way to make you feel welcome and even offer snacks and waters to all their clients. Haters are going to always do what they do best HATE.
