I don't like the fact you have to go inside the Shell gas station to pay for the car wash and then drive over to the car wash. Why not put a register at the car wash itself like the majority or your competitors? And there is no sign telling you what your paying for. I walked in and the guy was like...$10, $13 or I think $16. He said it so fast that I said how much for the middle one? $13 and some change. I paid but have no idea what I paid for. The guy at the wash was nice. That's why I gave 2 stars and not 1. I won't be back

Just had my son take his car for a wash and there was no soup used. Spent 10 bucks . Don't waste your time going here. Go to Lynnwood car wash much better.

HORRIBLE CAR WASH!! I tipped the kid $20 on a $15 car wash, the machine quit working halfway thru, had to drive out of the wash, went back around to ask attendant to rinse soap off my vehicle and he wouldn't do it. Asked for a refund or a free wash when machine was fixed, he wouldn't do that either. HORRIBLE SERVICE, HORRIBLE CAR WASH
