Paid $110 to have a package delivered by Saturday(4/30) I was there at 9 am, I get informed that the package won't be delivered till Tuesday(5/03) this place a is charged me $110 for 5day delivery? What the hell? I'll never use UPS again, garbage service!

Was waiting the last two days for a delivery from this UPS store to my home. The driver incorrectly said my apartment number wasn't on the label which was. When they came back a second time they then stated they couldn't access the building even though a code was provided. I called UPS customer service and again told them the code and apartment number. The drive once again claimed the building was inaccessible even though a code was provided twice now. I'm not sure what else other than standing in front of my building with a giant sign saying UPS HERE I need to do to get a package. Amazon, USPS, FedEx, Door Dash, all have no problem with simple instructions. Now I have to wait until Monday and hope that whichever driver I get can press four buttons on a keypad.

I used to always come to this store for all my mailing services because they are fast and friendly, however, during the summer you would think they would turn on the air conditioner...nope, my last few visits it has been extremely hot inside. Today was 80 degrees outside but it was 90 degrees inside the store. Why would you make your customers sweat while waiting in line?
