I had a bad experience here. The woman that helped me over the phone had an attitude problem but, I hung in there patiently because I wasn't going to sink to her level. I wish I would have gotten her name. Aside from dealing with the grouch, the front desk personnel were unprofessional. The man was arguing and yelling at the desk woman over a problem they were having. The woman wasn't any better though. I went to pick up my documents and they lost them. I had to wait an hour to get them back. The front desk lady didn't seem to care much because she said it wasn't her job to keep track of those types of things. After finally getting my documents back one of the translations wasn't signed. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I question the legitimacy of the previous reviews after my experience.
