- Restrooms are under construction (showers lined with rubbish, etc) - dirty campground (toilet facilities and camping site full of dirt and untidy) - quiettime is not respected

Probably one of the friendliest and most engaged owners of all the KOAs I have been too. This KOA is quiet and quaint. He suggested a good site for us and moved us to a better one without us asking if we could have it, was super friendly every time I came into the store for something, and topped off our propane for us. Overall the customer service was just stellar. Bigger is not always better. This KOA has a personal touch I can appreciate.

Nice place to stay and take day trips from. Store is well stocked. Staff was knowledgeable and informative about area and off the beaten paths, places to go and explore. Some areas under remodel.

No and with all of the rain there is probably quicksand out there.. Try the upper river but it's flowing pretty quickly be careful !
Not sure but I believe they might have good Sam discounts. Never hurts to ask.
negatory. best bet = actual town truck stop off of 15. (on the way up East Side of Sierras that is) You may get lucky, dont plan on it. southeastern sierras =no mans land for High Octane Gas

Yes, there are posted hours, think it's the same as camp ground quiet hours 8am to 10 pm.
