If I could give it less than one star I would. Stopped in with my son to grab something to eat. The place is filthy. Almost every chair and table is covered in food and trash. The employees are spending more time goofing around than working. The flies crawling around everywhere really are a nice touch too.

The remodel of the New Martinsville McDonald's is pitiful. It is blah, boring and quite honestly depressing. While a LEO I have seen jail and prison visiting area's more vibrant and inviting. It seems that the general idea was to eliminate any warmness and make it as less inviting as possible. Incredibly they have succeeded. Then there is the seating and it's total lack of comfortableness. The best way to describe the ambiance is to say that there isn't any!

I went to the McDonalds in New Martinsville today. They do not know how to treat customers with disabilities. I am severely hearing impaired. I told them repeatedly I can't hear hardly and instead of speaking up they treated me like I was stupid! Stared at me and wouldn't take my order. I called and placed a complaint with the manager. Very highly DISSATISFIED with their "service". I'm deaf, not stupid. Our orders are your income. Learn some respect!
