Shannon at O'Reilly Auto parts in Hillsboro Ohio is a very sassy and mean person. I went in last night to get brake parts cleaner and got to the checkout and had the cleaner sitting on the checkout. She walked all the way to the other end of practically and then yelled at me asking what I needed. She had walked right past me when I had both of them sitting on the counter and she wanted me to go down to where she was. got so mad at her I went over to AutoZone across the street. She is always this way, sometimes I have gone in there and she was yelling at other employees or being mean to other customers. There was a guy there once that was the same way I filed a complaint about him and he was fired shortly thereafter. I hope she gets fired.

The employees were all extremely nice and helpful and the store was very clean. The employee helped me carry my car parts to my car as well which was very nice. I also really like that their alternators (and maybe their other parts) have a lifetime warranty. Their prices are very comparable to other automotive shops and they do more comprehensive battery testing than their competitors. I would definitely recommend O'Reillys to others.
