This office is consistently on the ball. Lauri, Tricia, and Tricia (there are others whose names I don't know) are customer-focused, consistent, knowledgeable, and always simplify whatever insurance situation I throw at them. I recommend Lauri Alexander's State Farm office for anyone who appreciates a highly competent human touch.

We are moving across country from Virginia to Portland, OR, and since our current insurance company does not do business in Oregon, we needed to look for new automobile, renters, and umbrella policies. The entire staff at Lauri Alexander's office has been wonderful to work with but Tricia Ayers in particular has been so incredibly helpful throughout this entire process! She never seems to get tired of answering my endless stream of emails promptly and always answers my phone calls in a friendly and courteous manner. Based on my experience, customer service is a very high priority here. I feel fortunate that I just happened to have contacted them when updating our insurance policies!

Hi Marc, I would recommend you contact the new agent's office and speak directly with the agent so that he or she can address your concerns. If after doing so you are still dissatisfied with the service, that office can assist you with any change of agent request. Hopefully they can resolve your concerns.
