So we ordered 60 dollars in food. Was mostly wings. Waited 2 hours. Called store. Talked to manager smith. Was told i wouldnt get a discount food was cold. Was given nothing but attitude. I asked her if she ordered food and it took 2 hours. Would she be ok with that. She told me that as long as it was hot she wouldnt care. This place needs to learn what customer service is. Owner please reach out to me. Also you never gave me any credits. Look at my name. Also saying it may take longer doesnt excuse waiting over 2 hours for the food. And one last thing it doesnt take 35 mins to cook wings. Its ok you lost a customer and i will tell everyone i know about my experience.

I had previously gave this restaurant a 1 star but I am changing that to 4 stars as they have redeemed themselves and I ordered today for delivery and I got the Chef Salad with Grilled chicken added..... A very fresh Salad and a perfect grilled chicken..... they will definitely be getting more business from me especially with these salads being so good.... I highly suggest anyone reading this to order the salad they are awesome and fresh..... I would of gave 5 stars but they gave me thousand island dressing when I wanted honey mustard but no problem I like either one....

Tonight was definitely a first. Don't think I have ever been forced to eat pizza with a fork. See pics. Pizza was super soggy!

absolutely terrible food and staff. ordered food, picked up, got home opened sandwich (pic below) called employee tells me they are closed and If you want to speak to manager call back Tom (2-22-19)at 11 am. so that really helps huh!!! straight ridiculous!!!! this happens every time we try to eat there hoping for better food never happens!!! this is the last time I'll wave give them another chance!! i hope people are aware of how awful they are!!! GRANDMAS PIZZA NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT AND STAFF they DONT even deserve 1 star !!!
