I gave this laundromat a 3 because of the environment. Not because of the laundry washing experience. The washers we used were outdated and the pods that we used did not dissolve throughout the wash? The prices are cheap however you get what you pay for. I havnt used the newer washers they have or probably would have had a better experience. The place was packed and all of the newer and bigger machines were full at the time of our visit. They did have t.v.s that we were watching the football games and there is a game room for the kids. They also had 2 employees on hand the entire time to assist with anything you needed. They have drink and snack machines aswell. The environment was friendly and overall a great place to go for doing your laundry. As long as you find the machines that work best for what you are washing.

The lady in duty was very very nice. She welcomed me and everyone else as soon as we walked in the door. I also saw her come out from behind the counter and show a young lady how to operate the machines. I definitely felt welcome there and I will be going back.

The attendant here was great! She saw my many, many loads of laundry and told me which washers would get the job done quickly for the best prices. (One washer gave us a bit of trouble and she was quick to help and pay to fix the problem for us). Very good experience. If we weren't just traveling thru, we would go here again :)

I was disappointed to say the least. I've been in a few times before and it was a very nice place. Now almost all machines are broke. Its sad. I would have given Ruthie's Just Like Home Laundry 5 stars back then. The other thing that's concerns me is a woman came in with NO mask and easnt asked to wear one. It clearly states at the door you need to have one on while in there.
