Chaos slowed the place down a considerable bit. The managers and workers seemed frazzled and unorganized. My donut order had to be exchanged since it came out incorrect. I'd try it again, but hopefully our experience changes for the better.

Parking lot was SO packed, I almost didn't stop in. Only ONE person in the lobby (?). Maybe it was training day... as there were a TON of employees. Dirty restroom, and lobby. Got one donut. Wasn't fresh... nor did it taste good. I didn't finish it.

Ordered two iced coffees with no ice and was given these when I question the guy as to why the coffees wasn't for he explained that Duncan has started enforcing filling the cups up with ordering no ice I asked when that went into place and he said this week I explained to him that I was at this location yesterday and ordered the exact same order and did not have that problem he then said maybe it went into effect today once you pour one coffee into the other coffee I got about one and a quarter cups of the coffee for a person who orders the exact same order daily this is sad this is 100% a ripoff I will now take my business to Starbucks I guess

Ordered hot chocolate with a shot of espresso, one of my favorite things to order at Dunkin. It tasted like watered down espresso and powder was just floating on top. It wasn’t edible.
