I like to go to Big Lots primarily for my bottled water. I always look around though to see what I can find. For the most part you think you go here because their prices are cheaper but that is not the case. I have found that their items and prices are hit or miss in comparison to other stores. I still enjoy going here though. The store is always clean and what they do have is always well stocked and presentable. The staff is helpful and willing to assist.

Reorganizing store. Needed a carpet cleaner. The sales rep could not find the correct price for the bissell i liked and wanted to purchase. She did not attempt to make the sale and negotiate a price for the floor model. I would have gladly made the purchase
