There is not anything of that nature as far as i know of. But the mall is open to the public during mall hours and I'm sure they would let you walk if you organized a group. Walkers are customers too that will likely buy something anything from drinks to clothes or shoes. And they sometimes bring new customers also. With that being the case most malls are generally open to walking groups. Besides they don't know who's walking to shop and who's walking to exercise nor do they usually care. They're just happy to have customers there.
