Take 5 Oil Change

I felt a bit nervous having this Jeep looked at since it was sitting for the last two years, but I took it in anyway. Prices are more than I remembered but it's still way cheaper than getting it done anywhere else. Which is why I come to any Take 5 I can find. I've never had someone be so nice though while I'm sitting and waiting. Yuna looked young but definitely knew what he was talking about when it came to asking him a question almost literally no one at previous locations would ever answer. I will gladly come back again.

It was my first time getting an oil change, and it was not stressful at all. The three techs there were very kind and understanding. And even though I was not familiar with the process, they still took the time to explain anything that I was unsure about. Although the wait was a while, that is just how it is -- it is unrealistic to expect everything to be perfect all the time. As for the oil change itself, it was very quick.

This business location is understaffed and undertrained with long wait times. (An hour and a half) There were two people at the location when I visited. One was trying to train a new employee. The lack of knowledge of the trainee was extremely disturbing. No eye protection or PPE being worn and the trainee got oil in her eye and neither her or the person training her knew if there was an eyewash station so she just kept on working with oil in her eye. I know times are rough for businesses and employees that are being forced to work understaffed but this is not safe for employees or customers.

Had a semi-synthetic oil change today and was very happy with the speed and reliability of staff. An older gentleman, named Mike, was helpful and high energy. He kept the staff and people waiting smiling because he was so personable!
