Most of the times its good. Couple hours in/out. But its Christmas products so as it gets closer to Christmas it gets busier. You can wait all day if they are making product. Friendly people especially the guard at gate who goes out of his way to keep trucks moving safely. If you come before 7 you can park 2 semis on right side and 2 on left of gate to sleep. Keep middle open. Pull right up so 2nd truck isn't on highway. Guard wakes you up around 7. Bathrooms there. Easy to find.Use address on GPS not name.

Fantastic people working at facility, the older man in the gaurd shack is by far the best courteous, and very down to earth person who appreciates drivers for what they do. this is one of few shippers in the country that make doing my job worth it.

I would guess you place orders by summer and plant in late winter (after last frost) to spring. Call any seedling vendor and they will tell you. I think Hiawatha is mostly a refrigerated storage and distro facility.
They buy it either way. Loose or bundle. You would have to call and check
