Worst laundry ever. Attendant had attitude n washers are faulty left clothes soaked like they never were spun out. Attendant tells me it’s my fault runs them again only to have the same thing happen. I’m so angry. Wasted half my day n twice the money drying.

Wash Land is a very nice, clean laundromat that has always met my needs sufficiently. I prefer it over other laundromats in the area. The attendants are always pleasant and helpful. I like the addition of the quarter machines and claw game! It's not too hot in there, and also not overly air conditioned either. I recommend WashLand to anyone no matter how big or small your laundering needs, Washland has the machines to handle your needs!

I went to wash my clothes on 10/14/20 at around 7:50 p.m. and the laundry attendant had the door locked when I pulled on the door,I asked are you closed and she said yes I asked why and she shrugged her shoulders and said she doesn't know I asked again well who closed the laundromat and again she shrugged her shoulders and started to laugh at me while I'm at the door while talking to someone on a video chat she sat there and kept laughing at me behind the desk on her phone I called the customer service number on the window and its not in service but the open sign is lit and the hours which clearly say they don't close till 10 p.m. I was so upset as to why your closed at 7:50p.m. and the attendant is in there just talking on her phone and the sign says last load at 9 p.m. I'll never go back ever again I would rather drive to Barberton or north akron so dissatisfied and disappointed with washland services
