3 people working 1 was sitting doing nothing 1 was drinking ice water looked at me 2 times never said a word then walked out to use the bathroom the other was ignoring me so I yelled excuse me is anyone working here..finally the girl asked what I needed .by then I was very frustrated and they didn't have anything I asked for ..awful trying to get donuts at a donut shop that never has anything you want

This location was not busy at all, the staff were all very fun and pleasant, and the selection i had to pick from for the late time of day was impressive! Might I suggest the frozen vanilla coffee and a Boston creme donut?!

Worst service ever. Inattentive staff. Not a single person made eye contact with me. Had to wait 10 minutes to order when there was only 1 person ahead of me (who also had to wait several minutes for his order to be taken AND he had to yell for someone to take his order) then I had to wait what seemed like an eternity for my son's beverage meanwhile watching several employees pumping out drinks for the drive thru. I had to tell 3 people about my drink before someone finally made it. 1 person said it would be a minute then made 3 drinks for the drive thru. 1 person said okay hang on then made drinks for the drive thru. Finally out of frustration I called to the person in the drive thru who I think was a manager to come over and make my drink (which by the way the cashier who rang me up called this drink out to be made 20 minutes ago when he took my order.) What should have been a quick stop turned out to be a 30+ minute ordeal. This place is either severely understaffed or just flat out untrained. No one seemed to have any idea what they are doing and I will not be going back here again. Oh yes then the icing on the cake I saw the man that was making food in the back running orders out to the drive thru wearing gloves that he's making food with. Let's add cross contamination to the list. What a train wreck!

The customer service was good, and the drive-thru cashier was friendly. The drive-thru line moved at a good speed. I ordered a toasted bagel with maple cream cheese. I have always received a container of cream cheese with my order to spread myself. However, today they put it on the bagel. Or at least they attempted to? The bagel showed a hint of toasting on the edge, but nothing anywhere else. The maple cream cheese had a less than desirable taste.
