I like the manager there trampus I believe his name is he's really friendly good costumer service i think this store got alot better since he's been a manager here the prices are good compair to other goodwills I've been what I dont like is the rudeness of some employees there specifically this girl who gives the prices she gives us bad attitude when ever costumers get close to the vins shes so rude and other lady too they should be more kindly with costumers or hired new people thats my opinion I love the store its always clean the cashiers are great

I wish people stop making up false statements about Goodwill employees we nice and friendly people. Sometimes we refuse donations if gross or broken infestation of bugs.

I love this Goodwill store in El Cajon. Not very big like some others but very nicely done. Great setup, very clean and organized.

I have dropped off to Goodwill in other states and they will get the boxes out if my car for me, which is great because I have a bad back. When I went to the El Cajon location, the guy refused to take them out. He wanted me to pull them out and bring them around my car to him and he would take them and put them in the cart. I said forget it I'll take them elsewhere and he got nasty and said"you won't meet me halfway?" I felt I already was by donating my unused new and gently used items. So I took them elsewhere.
