The donuts are always dry ESPECIALLY the chocolate glaze and munchkins.Whoever is making the donuts aren’t making them the way they’re supposed to be.They never have glaze on the chocolate ones and they are hard.This has been going on for awhile now.

The drinks were really good. My daughter ordered bagel bites and they were cold and gross (it was a waste of my money). Ive been here multiple times since they opened and that is the first time that ive had a complaint

My wife & I order drinks from here all the time. The lines long but move along quickly. They seem to get orders right and are polite at the window. Even gave our dog a donut lol However prices have gone up so we reduced how offten we go.

Always contact corporate in an email. Keep your receipt if u didn't order via mobile app. And include date, time.. etc. If thru the app, include order number. Either corporate or the manager will call or both will contact you.
I believe 15 with work permit maybe 16. 18 n over without work permit. Can always call n speak with a Mgr. They'd be glad to help.
