I get most of my clothes there. And all my shoes. I wear a size 10 and I always find something cute. The clothes are clean, organized by size and color. And there are always accessories to go with. I love shopping here. The prices are reasonable, and they give a Senior discount.

Today was the third time I went to drop a donation. Third time that the sign at the donation place states “open” and two employees are there, sitting, doing nothing but watching their phones. When I get the stuff out of the trunk of the car, one if them states “we are closed”. The question is: why don’t they put a sign stating they are closed vs keeping a sign that states they are open? There is no customer service nor courtesy to people making special trips to donate. I will definitely look for another donation avenue, never again Goodwill.

This place is great. I always have an easy drop off and no problem with getting a receipt. This places makes it so easy for me to just drop off my donations and be gone.

This place has no care for customer service. I get it, its not a store but a donation center. However the people they hire to represent the company should take a little more pride in helping their community Showed up right at 2pm with a couple bags to drop off, didn't even want a write off sheet, and was turned away. As I'm pulling out they all bust out their phones and chill in the shade. It would've taken 1 minute to add my stuff to their containers. Whatever cant do much but leave a review. Get their early or else
