This is Alexis' friend. I have to say I am seriously disappointed in the shop. She got her hair done there roughly a week ago and it was a rainbow. There was dye all over her forehead and a huge strip of hair missed along the one side of her face. ALL of the color came out in this time period and due to her hair being bleached for the color she has now had to redye it. (She did follow the instructions and waited to wash it) She was there from 11am to 6/630. She paid $150 dollars plus gave a tip. We tried to get her to go back but she was so nervous because she didn't want to offend anyone. This isn't the first bad experience either but getting something that extreme done and then having to cover up the shoddy job just isn't fair. I have watched Alexis get her hair done a few times and just how happy and confident she is in it, this just destroyed her. She will not be coming back and as far as anyone else I know, they won't be either. I truly hate posting negative google reviews for people, especially small business', but this is just terrible.

Tonya is AMAZING. She has been cutting my son's hair for years. He is almost 7 now and sits wonderfully but he has autism and ADHD and it was very difficult to cut his hair. I dreaded it. Tonya has always did whatever necessary to get his hair cut and make sure he feels comfortable. You won't be disappointed in any situation.
