Being out of my element, not living on Ohio, we were unsure of where to go for rental property furniture. Years prior, we had shopped at Value City and the quality of the furniture was outstanding. Coupled with a great price point made our decision even easier. By chance we found a Value City in Boardman and Char not only made us feel right at home, she listened to our needs and didn't try to oversell. Char not only made the process pleasurable, but solidified our decision to go to Value City. I highly recommend if you are looking for quality furniture at a great price point, look at Value City. I cannot wait for the furniture to show up so I can add pictures.

Don't go here! The salespeople will lie to get your sale. We largely chose and bought furniture based on what was in stock because we need it for our new home. The salesperson assured us it was available and guaranteed a delivery date within the week. A couple days later we get the call that a manufacturing delay(again, said was in stock and guaranteed we'd get it) resulted in us not getting our furniture anytime soon. Down thousands and still watching TV on a lawn chair

I absolutely love Value City, and ALWAYS have amazing customer service and real help with everything! Not just trying to up sell! Jayme A in Boardman was great to work with and I will definitely work with him next time I need something from the store! Thanx again and I am so excited to get all my new stuff! Hahaha!

We are very pleased with our furniture purchase, and the delivery team was excellent. They were very careful while maneuvering our couch into the house and inspected everything before they left.
