The unit interior is nice. However everything else about this complex falls far below where I would have expected. As mentioned in many other reviews, parking is a major issue. Expect to walk from across the complex or even the leasing office if it’s after 5-6pm. This complex purposely does not address any parking issues so you feel obligated to purchase one of the MANY reserved spots and garages. Another issue is some of the tenants. It feels like I’m living next to a frat with littered beer cans and other trash consistently left out. Stay away from this complex. You will find much better value for the this price elsewhere.

They could care less about you and will raise your rent the max amount. Price gouging my sister to oblivion. Want to park? Prepare to pay an extra ~$100 for a garage or walk 5 minutes to your apartment. Want flat tires? Awesome! Trash and glass all over the parking lot.

Leasing 2 bedroom appt. for a year. & 2 baths, washer & dryer, nice kitchen with appliances. Also microwave & dishwasher. Balcony. Didn't move everything in yet. Parking might b bad. Elevator little dirty & hallway. Has an outdoor pool which is a plus

Me and my husband just moved in and we absolutely love it so far! It is VERY quiet and very safe. I have two dogs and everything has been great with them so far. They feel right at home to. The washer and dryer in the unit is amazing. Maintenance is extremely fast and always working hard. You can see them outside almost all day going to different apartments. Snow removal has been on point so far. The gym is very nice, and I am excited to get to use the pool in a few months (: The only downfall is owners not being responsible for dog poop. I have had to throw away a pair of shoes already because people just leave the poop laying around. But, that is not the properties fault, it is the lazy dog owners. All in all I absolutely LOVE living here. I highly recommend it!
