Had appointment today to have exam for my dog to be spayed. When I talk to them on the phone they said it was $48 when it came time to pay to leave they told me $58. But just as well I ended walking out because the lady was rude and said if you don't want to pay you can just leave and not have any services here. Which is perfect for me because the vet that seen my dog, told me a doctor from Mexico would be doing the procedure to have her spayed. I never met him nor will I ever because I'll never go back to this place. very rude and disrespectful with no compassion at all. They need to give that information before you come to their office to do any kind of treatment on your animal if you're having a vet come from Mexico. Would not recommend this location.

Staff is very efficient and care about you and your pet. They provide great customer service and willing to listen to what you have to say. The same goes for Dr. Osawa - a caring veterinarian.

I have had two office visits and the staff was friendly on each visit. On the first visit, I had to sit outside because of the pandemic. The veterinarian did not come outside to talk to me before or after the appointment. The assistant came out before the appointment and was friendly when she came out, after the appointment, she didn't know the proper name of Marley's Diagnosis. I asked questions about how Marley's examination and she knew nothing about the process of the examination. On the second visit, We went inside and I did speak to the veterinarian. No complaints there. The staff is friendly and helpful. I guess the assistant just needed a pen and paper on the first visit. Joanna M Ramirez

First off let me say that I never saw a vet. They conduct business out of your car and since I took a Uber there I got to sit in the sun with my poor sick cat. Then I noticed that the pet owners were not accompanying there pets inside. (RED FLAG). A vet tech would come to your car and get your pet. 15 MIN Past my appointment time we were still baking in the sun That's when I left. This experience raised a lot of questions "How do I even know if my pet is even seeing a licensed Vet? How do I know my pet will be treated well? This place has about as many negative reviews as it does positive and my gut said find somewhere better, but because I'm looking for a same day appointment my options were limited.

The doctors there are definitely very helpful and they do really care. I'm comfortable bringing my pets here. It's hard to find a good place these days.
I'm pretty certain it was free. Besides if you go your pet at the shelter they waive your first visits for pretty much all vets
