Great selection & quality, very reasonable prices. But the absolute main reason this place has earned a 5 star review is because of Olivea. She's beyond fantastic to work with, and really went so far above and beyond to get us (and our friend who was getting married) taken care of that I don't think there are words worthy enough to describe her. If you're a potential customer looking for a rental or purchase, she will provide the most relaxing and efficient environment possible to get your needs fulfilled. If you don't walk away from here not just satisfied but happy & confident, then you need therapy. To the owner, you could not ask for a better brand ambassador. As a former retail manager myself, I'm confident in saying she is literally everything you could want in an employee. Calm, cool under pressure, attentive, friendly, knowledgeable, motivated... the list goes on and on. Your business and customers could not be in better hands.

My brother was getting married so I needed to get a suit. I came to Friar Tux since he recommended it. I'm not someone who wears suits so I'm not very comfortable in them. But the gentleman that was helping me made everything so easy. He even suggested what tie would go best with my suit. Next time I need a suit no doubt about it I'm going to Friar Tux. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a suit/tux.

Steven was very helpful. I can't tell you how appreciative I am that he made my wedding party all feel ready and looking spiffy. He never faltered even though the Friar Tux I went to in Vista was very busy. He had only worked there for two weeks by the first time I went in for a first fitting, but seemed like an absolute veteran. Highly recommend Friar Tux just based on the experience with this young man

I pretty much never leave reviews anywhere, but had such a fantastic experience with Olivia today that I need to write one. Before Friar Tux, I went to several different locations to try and sort out the suits for this wedding. Men's Wearhouse had significantly less color options, worse fit, and significant supply issues (no brown shoes). Our customer experience was also subpar, to say the least. The Black Tux and other online options hardly have real shops, and their support queues are literally hours long with a lot of customer complaints on Twitter. The shop we went into gave me the most rushed fitting I'd ever experienced, and the two of them gave me two completely different measurements. During our walk in visit with Olivia, we were able to try several different suit and accent styles, be perfectly measured and fitted with a wall of real clothes, and resolve every single aspect of logistics. Olivia made the experience feel personal, special, and I feel so much more confident about how we'll all look for my wedding day. It's obvious when someone is just doing their job, and when they actually care to go above and beyond. Olivia was phenomenal, keeping us organized from start to finish and running through every possible color variation we thought up (ties, bowties, vests, shoes, pocket squares). We've actually changed our tie color at Olivia's suggestion to something we hadn't even considered in advance, and I'm way more confident about how classy it all looks. If you, like me, have dummies for friends, we even had one NYC groomsman call in that hadn't submitted measurements yet. Olivia fielded the call, giving valuable advice along the way. My buddy was so excited about the feedback and expertise that he has learned 0 lessons about being a better person and submitting things on time. I'm a super picky person and I would change nothing about this experience, except selecting groomsmen who have learned to read. I'll be recommending Friar Tux to everyone I know. Ask for Olivia.
