I am going to make a constructive review because i do like the concept, i just feel like there are a lot of things that could be better. The service was ok, but i feel like you could have somebody who can share some energy and give some small advice when it comes to strike a pose for example (also helps to stay vigilant). The AC was a major issue since me and my bf were there sweating like crazy some pictures were affected. Some spaces didn't have enough light to take pictures and some ring lights were missing the thingy that's used to place the phone on top, also the movement was limited since the ring lights were ducked tape to the structures making really weird angles. In my opinion with the previous points, its not worth the 31$ per ticket. Suggestions: make a more animated environment, the AC must work better, be more creative with the spaces (add perspective, use weird color combos, use art from local artists to support them). Make a more valuable experience for the customer to make everlasting memories, hope that everything works out and this comment is helpful ❤️

Had a great time at this place. Its definitely a fun place to capture memorable moments. However it gets a little warm in there (probably due to the lighting) 🤷🏾♀️😎🤗

We had a great time it was our first ever of this kind.. very clean interactive exhibits. Thay have a restoom and changing area for when your doing photoshoots a great way to boost up those social media photos!

Walked right in with no wait! The set up is pretty awesome & sectioned off well. There’s ring lights all over to help facilitate your perfect pictures. There’s lockers up front which I thought was very convenient. Looking forward to seeing some new room ideas for the next time we go!

Hello Antwan, even though we do not have professional photographers to provide you with, you’re welcome to bring your own photographer or any of your friends or family members in order to take pictures of you and one another. Most of our customers take pictures with their smart phones or whatever cameras they have in their possession, however, some of them would bring their own photographers and use them to take professional photos. In case you come here by yourself, we will provide you with a selfie stick, so that you could take pictures of yourself conveniently and with joy. Also, one of our staff members will be able to take a few photos of you for no additional charge, upon your request. If you have anymore questions, please call us at 305-549-5020. Please refer to our website for details on what we do to create a safe environment at the museum. We are operating at a limited capacity as well as have our staff and customers wear masks while inside the museum. Most of our settings are created with social distancing in mind and our staff continuously sanitize all surfaces that are meant to be touched. In fact, you can have a great experience here and take tons of pictures and videos without touching the installations which makes it much safer than other public places you may be visiting including stores, restaurants, gas stations etc. although, if you feel unsafe going out in public or are in the risk group you may want to visit us at a different time. We are a pop-up style Museum but we will stay here permanently. Hope this helps.
