The past couple of times I have used this Chipotle, the online pre-order has not been ready until 10 or more minutes after the scheduled pickup time. In both cases, I would have had my food much sooner if I'd simply gone through the normal method and ordering when I arrived.

Food was ok but it took longer than average to get payed out. 4 people running the place but it took over 2 min to get a body to the register to check out so food got cold/room temp fast. Also it seems like the new guy on the line was a little stingy with the meat and onions and peppers. I still enjoyed my food all in all

Submitted an online order to this store, which was for delivery via Door Dash. Door Dash assigned a different driver from the initial onset and the Door Dash driver arrived 1 hr 15 mins later. The one time I didn't check the order it was of course someone else order. I then tried to call this store directly and was on hold for 15 minutes, so I drove to the store. The re-made order was not write and they didn't offer to issue a full refund. Very displeased!!

Open at 10:45 but that is just when they open the door. You will have to wait another 10-20 minutes for them to set up everything. If you are with a delivery service expect them to not have anything made when you arrive.
