My husband surprised me with a mother's day brunch today. There were 5 of us all together. I have heard good reviews about your restaurant so I was so surprised to be disappointed with your brunch especially for the price charged per person. When we arrived the buffet was in the midst of being replenished and it was very messy food on the bar some areas with serving utensils some without. The replenishment took an awfully long time and even then some areas did not have serving utensils. The wait for prime rib was over 20 minutes in line and then it came out rare to medium rare and chewy no flavor. The desert area was a mess with plates with food set aside sitting and food all over the table cloth. The tongs were covered with thick food making difficult to use and someone poked their fingers in the cream puffs. We paid over 300.00 for this brunch and I must ask dose that all sound like. 300.00 brunch? I would liken it to an slightly up scale golden coral

I took my family for Easter brunch. I made a request to sit in the dining hall, as opposed to the room on top of the buffet line. This should have been a simple request to swap a table of 4. However, instead, the manager was extremely rude and acted annoyed from the onset. She said she was to busy, told us she could make no accommodations & that we were welcome to LEAVE. In the interim, the hostess sat another party at that table, which forced the manager to re-assign us anyway. Fortunately, the food was good (although I bit overpriced), and the server was wonderful. There was no reason for the managers disrespectful and rude demeanor toward guests. Especially when the request was simple and it was easy to make the adjustment.

The ambiance is not the best description for a fine dining, they need a lot of renovation in the restaurant, It’s hard to believe that I ate my 45$ diner on a paper table cloth, not classy at all. The hostess was rude just because we ask if it was possible to be sited in a different table on 02/14/22 at 7:00pm (she never told me her name). The bartender were really nice. Tha bar area is way better than the rest of the place. I don’t know if I’ll be back at this place. Didn’t worth the money and time I spend going there, Specially if the same hostess is there.
