Never thought I would ever give any McDs just 1 star, but after 45minutes in drive-thru line because "the system was down" and when I finally got to the window to pick up my food - no one was there! I waited 6 minutes before a young man came to the window and said "May I help you?" I said " I am waiting for my order" , he then looked up at the screen and repeated my order to me. I told him that was correct. He left the window and turned back around, opened the window and asked me to pull up to the next window. I did, and waited another 9 minutes watching people in my rearview mirror pull up to the 1st window - get their food and drinks, and I waited. Finally another, very nice, young man came to the window and said they didnt have any apple pies baked, did I mind substituting a strawberry & creme pie.. I told him that was fine. I waited. He finally came back to the window, held out a bag and said "Here you go". No drink. I asked him if I could get my drink. He got it for me. I 'pleasantly' said " thank- you" , he said "you're welcome". As I pulled away I reached for a french fry, put it in my mouth.....a cold fry from McDonald's! I can understand "system" problems and training a new person at the cash register window, but, I can't understand not getting a " Sorry for your wait" or a "thank-you" ! Management is just as responsible for this lack of courtesy as the employees. I have to add that there is another 'burger restaurant right down the street that I have always gotten a "Thank-you" from. Dave Thomas would be proud! Sorry for the lonngg msg. I hope that McDs mgmt will get the msg. I won't be going back for quite awhile !!

It’s 88° Out today. I thought I would make a short trip to McDonald’s for a refreshing tropical mango slushie -I had my 2 children in the car…both under 2 years old. I ordered my slushie at 4:28 pm and was told to pull up to the reserved parking for drive through to wait on my tropical mango slushie… I waited in the car with my children for 25 minutes before I decided to call McDonald’s and let them know I was still waiting. The kind sir on the phone told me he would bring my slushie out right away- I waited another 3 minutes before a young lady brought (what looked like) my mango slushie to the car that pulled up beside me just a few seconds after I called to ask where my slushie was.. so i left because both of my kids were fussy at this point…anyway. Everyone was so kind. But it’s very wack that I didn’t get my slushie…

I ordered a bacon and cheese biscuit and a caramel mocha iced coffee and I just have to praise whoever made my coffee and sandwich this morning. It is by far the best coffee I’ve ever had ( I order it a lot from other McDonald’s ) and the best sandwich I’ve ever had at any McDonald’s . The biscuit wasn’t hard and cold like most McDonald’s and there was a generous amount of bacon ( NOT hard an burnt ) . Thanks so much for the best breakfast from any McDonald’s this morning !! :)

This is not acceptable at all , plz make sure your kitchen staff are wearing hair covers. This time I am being nice about it but next time I will if I experience this disgusting issue I will report it to health corporate .

Its really hit and miss. I normally stick to the kiosk when ordering so I know my meal is correct
