The food was fine, I had visited this place twice in as many weeks, the first visit they were out of several different flavor drinks. Also they had no coin change. On the second visit they could only offer water as a beverage. This location is close to where I live, but will travel further to go to a different location from now on.

This location made me wait to order (only person) for 15 minutes during the heat advisory. After ordering 3 sandwiches I was told to pull around and they would bring it out. I was the only customer the whole time I ordered and waited. Never again!

You need to hire new help. Your crew would rather sit on their phones than tend to customers. They’re going to drive you out of business.

It is 02/01/2022 at 7:42 pm. I just went through the drive thru and a man told me it will be a 15-20 min wait because they restarted they system. It’s funny cause two days ago around 10:30 they were rebooting they system. Lol It seems no here wants to work. They also told me last week they turn the ice cream machine off at 6. Rally’s suck on Morse rd. Please go to 161 to get it. Oh I’ll be calling corporate in the morning too. Have a good night Today 2/16/22 at 3:15 pm just visited the location again after management said it will be a change and once again. The manger on duty said that the system is down and will take 10-30 to reboot. Lol this location is a joke and I’m on the phone on corporate now.
