This is the worst McDonald’s in the entire area. Terrible fries, slow service and sure you get your order wrong. Like a Big Mac with no burger!!!

Changing my 5 star rating to a 1 star due to the fact that I just waited in line for 30 min only to be greeted "how can I help you" so I tell them my order then she says "we're closed". Even though every other time I've been here after midnight they have been open. She says again "how can I help you" I again tell her my order & again all I get is "we're closed". So I ask for an explanation and they get extremely rude with me. I will never come here again!!

The people are incredibly incompetent, disrespectful, and unsanitary. They don’t listen to you, and they point blank, don’t care. This has got to be the most horrid experience I have ever endeared with a McDonald’s. Though standards are low, I think toddlers have more brain power and kindness than these people.

Ordered online through the app. Sat in slot #5 waiting for 14 minutes before going inside to find out what's up. Food was still being made...however fries were cold and had that old texture to it...not crispy salty and fluffy inside. Clearly had been sitting for a LONG time. Chicken nuggets were luke warm. Now if ALL my food is cold and stale. Why have I been sitting for 14 min? Staff was not openly rude....I'm English speaking....the Hispanic manager immediately started going off in Spanish when I said these are cold. My food should burn me if I'm waiting 15 minutes. I'm still waiting on my food. It's been 25 minutes. As a former McDonald's manager, I am horrified by their lack of organization and not attempting to be polite and understanding about my complaints. I don't complain often...if I do it's because it needs to happen. Customer Service is DEAD
